The Way You Live In Your Home And The Way You Sell It Are Two Different Things!

Staging is the art of preparing a home for sale regardless of price, condition or location. If there is too much clutter, too little furniture, not enough “visual appeal,” buyers have difficulty projecting their lifestyle in your home. Below are just a few examples of how effective staging vastly improves your chances of selling your home at the right price point.

In this project we pulled carpet, and refinished the floors with a dark stain ( very popular to younger buyers), removed 90% of the existing wallpaper. Added carpet to basemetn and upper level to create more finished appearances. Removed bright pink and burgundy bath. This was a lived in home, so it was very challenging to our seller to live thru these very personal changes. It was after all a house he had built and lived in for over 45 years. He agreed to our plan, because he wanted to sell quickly and get the best possible price.

Here is another example of a bath with a cost effective makeover… which bath would you prefer to buy? This is a perfect example of a bath that would have resulted in a markdown of at least $3000 to $6000 off the sales price of a house. We re-did this bath for approximately $1500.

Curb Appeal & Landscaping Projects
First impressions count and “WOW factor” starts at the curb. This gallery shows how exterior changes and landscaping can add dramatic impact.

Home Organization
We specialize in creating a space you can live in by offering creative, cost effective organizing solutions to make your space functional and beautiful. Make your home run smoothly by letting us help you organize living spaces, garages, and basements. This entails editing possessions, creating efficient storage, and reusing the furnishing and items you love.

Occupied Enhancement
This gallery illustrates examples of redesign or “staging for living”. This process uses what you have to create a personal space you will love.

Staging Vacant Homes
Empty homes don’t show well. Furniture and accessories add warmth and personality to the interior, and help the buyer imagine it as their home, not just an empty shell.
