We will also feature your listing in our newsletter with a link back to your site and provide. Photos of your staged properties will be provided to you for your use in your marketing materials. We can also create custom marketing materials to help you introduce the opportunity to offer home staging as an additional level of service. Impact is now providing valuable training to Realtors so they can better educate their sellers on the benefits of home staging. The program offers ways to get your clients to be more proactive in the selling process. This is a great team building opportunity!
This 2.5 hour program includes:

* A staging portfolio for the Realtors to use in their Listing presentations

* How do you prioritize home repair and home update projects?

To participate, we require a reservation with a minimum of 5 Realtors; Cost is $30.00 per person; $50.00 non refundable deposit is needed to reserve a date.
