We understand that you want to find the ideal fit. That’s why nearly every service begins with a Design Consultation.  Pre- Consultation ‘Homework” is requested so we can jump into the design project quickly, with an understanding of your likes and dislikes.   We promise to help move your project forward in some manner, at this initial meeting.  It may be in the form of strategizing, budgeting, or even may include specific color recommendations etc.

We have several quick and affordable services, here are a few examples:

• Insta Re-Style– Starts with using what you have. You will be surprised at how much of a difference we can make by rearranging, editing and making a few small. We can create a new look for you!
• Move in decorating– Using what you have, we mix it up and bring fresh perspective. We will edit out items that do not fit into new home décor. We will also provide you with a shopping list of items you can add over time to complete the look and fill-in style gaps.
• Custom Design– Does not have to be a lengthy expensive process all at one time. We can do a little at a time. We would recommend the creation of master plan that you can work toward. We are experts at helping you stretch your budget and ensuring a stylish space when completed.

There really is no “average” when it comes to interior design, especially for us.  Impact Design Services are structured to be friendly to a wide variety of budgets and interior design needs.   Our aim is to deliver an exceptional value in all we do for you.

The length of time is really determined based on how quickly our clients can make decisions, and how many individuals are involved in the decision-making process.  Our suggestions are tailored based on the pre-consultation homework, with a goal of providing options that meet your style preferences and budget criteria.    Most services begin with a 1.5 hr Design Consultation, which can usually be scheduled within a few days (depending on your availability).  We always have timeliness in mind and will provide you with a general timeline for the various stages to achieve completion of your project.

Our services are paid for in advance.   After the initial Design Consultation, we will determine an estimated length of service.  For full-service projects, we bill at 10-hour increments at the beginning of each.

Our focus would be to ensure the finishes within a remodel meet your criteria.   Specific item #s/SKUs and online inks would be provided.  This will allow you or your builder/contractor to make those purchases in advance of the remodel.  It would be you or your builder/contractor’s responsibility to determine needed sq footage of flooring, tile, etc.  We do not advise on anything technical, as it is the contractor’s role to verify what can be done within the structure and ensure our ideas are feasible.  We are happy to do a thorough walk-thru you or your builder/contractor to review questions about installation or placement of fixtures and cabinets, pattern of tile, etc., prior to installation.

YES!  We have access to several manufacturers and will order, deliver and install those furnishings.  Our cost to our clients is usually 20 to 40% below retail.   ALSO, we stock a large variety of furnishings that can be delivered and installed much more quickly.   We can also work with you at our local retailer if you want quicker turnaround for new furniture.

Yes!   We will usually only use this resource when you give us a hard-to-find request.  We also recommend clients go there, as it is an excellent location for inspiration!

We definitely can do that.  We usually provide suggestions for finish specifications, such as; tile, countertop, fixtures, wall covering, flooring, and cabinets. These can be provided to your renovation contractor(s).  In addition, we can offer creative solutions to functional challenges within any space.   This service would begin with a Design Consultation (1.5 hrs at the home). We would work with your preferred cabinet supplier, and they would create the 3d floor plans of the design.  Our expertise would be on function, beauty and aligning selections to fit within your budget.  Our involvement helps assure not only the stylish outcome, but also that the new space flows nicely with adjacent spaces, color, finishes, tile, flooring etc.
