Our Process
Residential projects may take a homeowner from a blueprint to the finishing touches. Each phase of the process is a step toward building a relationship between Ann and you, our client, so that we may create the space you envision. We offer functionality, style and designs that will add to the value of your home. It is a process that takes careful planning and design on Ann’s part and with your input, will result in a beautiful space. Whether you’re furnishing a single room or remodeling an entire home; Ann’s unique talent will create the look and feel you’ve always wanted.
Design Services
Most services begin with a scheduled Design Consultation For new clients, this is an entry level consultation to ease clients into the design process.
A home consultation will include discussing and determining the scope of your project with one of our Designers. Our discussion may include paint color ideas, furniture placement, décor editing, material selection ideas (where applicable), solving general design dilemmas and more!
Prior to the consultation we’ll give you some homework to prepare for the meeting. (It’s fun homework, we promise.) We’ll ask you to think about and capture ideas you would like to incorporate into the project. We usually begin the discussion about a singular décor problem that needs to be solved quickly… often times we can begin to execute a solution during this meeting/consultation!
Then we get to work in determining the scope of what you want, exchange ideas and determine what should stay or go in your current décor. Upon completion, we have a vision for styling, color, storage and lifestyle-enhancing necessities. Pricing: $249
From start to finish, we can help homeowners build their dream home or living space!
This service is perfect for any homeowner in the process of a full remodel, new construction project or for a space or spaces in an already-established home. These projects can be long- or short-term. With longer term projects, we help with selecting items such as cabinetry, flooring, lighting, tile, countertops, paint, or wall coverings. Our team will get your home primed for the finishing touches by our experienced designer.
If you’re looking for a faster turnaround, we can provide quick in-and-out service! When you supply photos and/or samples of products or items that you love, we can get to work at once after the initial Consultation meeting. We can also do the sourcing and shopping for you and pull together recommended selections for your consideration, even if you don’t yet have a design direction. Our goal is always to match the selections to your overall aesthetic and budget to ensure your vision and preferences are honored. This service is great for real estate investors, homeowners completing a remodel or a custom build project.

Every project is customized based on budget and scope. Whether you need our help with one room, multiple rooms or are doing a major renovation, we consult with you on all aspects of your project. We also offer shared designer discounts and strive to work within your project budget and timeline. From choosing finishes, furnishings and accessories to buying and delivery of items, through the final installation – we will be there every step of the way!
Decorating & Restyling
Our decorating and restyling services are a hybrid of design, decorating and staging. Our staging stylists bring their design and decorating expertise to our clients and create a new vision by utilizing the homeowners’ existing furnishings and accessories.
You’ll work with our staging stylist who will provide a new vision using your own furnishings and accessories. Supplementing your design with new décor items is an option after the initial meeting. This onsite service begins with 2 stylists spending 3 hours in your home. During this time, they will assess, discuss and implement recommendations, including rearranging furnishings and décor as needed. You’ll be amazed what we can accomplish in three hours! Pricing: $499
Before you pack up to move, we help you decide what should be used in your new property. This is hybrid service provided by our staging stylists. A day after the movers drop off your furnishings in your new home, we come in to rearrange, hang art and turn your new house into a home. Our creativity allows us to see your possessions in a new light, contributing to a new home space that is designed around you and your aspirations. This is usually a 2-stage process. Stage 1: Consultation before the move. Stage 2: Arranging and setting-up home 1 day after movers leave. Stage 3: Décor recommendations Pricing: Custom
