Ann Gilbert
Lead Designer
Ann Gilbert has led our design team since 2022. With more than 20 years in the field of interior design , Ann excels in guiding clients through every phase of the design process and can provide design direction for homes of every size, style, and price range. She is committed to helping homeowners realize the potential of any room…or an entire house.
Ann’s fundamental philosophy is simple: “I believe that every home should tell your story and every room should have a beautiful and comfortable place to sit. Function and form can and should go hand in hand in every room.” She elaborates, “It involves considered choices teamed with a sense of bravery and a careful understanding of scale, balance, and cohesion. Above all, your home should reflect your personal style in every room.” We couldn’t agree more.
Our clients will tell you that we are not the typical “snooty” design firm. Our goal is to give our clients a livable design that doesn’t break the bank. We believe everyone deserves to love the home they live in. Just like our approach to Home Staging, we understand that every service we provide needs to offer value to those we serve, and Ann is grounded in these same principles.

SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER
Kelly Smith
Senior Designer
We’re excited to welcome Kelly to the team as a Senior Designer. She specializes in residential design, art consultation, and window treatments. Kelly earned a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from Michigan State University and has worked in the design field for over 20 years. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team.
Kelly completed architectural studies in Europe and is always planning the next adventure. “Whether it’s a trip to Paris, a hike in the woods of Northern Michigan, or a day spent at the ocean, I have discovered that travel renews my creativity. I return with a new passion for texture, a certain color palette, art style, or type of architecture.”
Kelly employs the principles of design, a careful consideration of materials and finish selection to maximize her client’s budgets and exceed their expectations. “I’m not into cookie cutter designs; a home or space should reflect the people who use it. There is nothing better than the smile of a client seeing their reimagined space for the first time.”
